Overview
Manage customer orders for in-store pickup. Prepare and track these orders to ensure customers can collect their items efficiently and within the agreed timeframe.
Currently the in-store pickup feature / service is only available for Wine-Searcher Marketplace.
Shipment Management
View In-Store Pick Up Orders
Access "Shipments" from the main dashboard to view a comprehensive list of all outgoing orders.
In-store pick up orders are highlighted in yellow and are always placed at the top of the list of orders in Assigned and Processing status.
Select the in-store pick up orders in Assigned status and move them to Processing by click the Green Check Mark next to the shipment.
In this example, there are two in-store pick orders waiting to be processed.
Using the Filter Option for In-Store Pickups
Within the Processing status tab, you can filter for the specific types of parcels waiting to be processed - this is handy if you want to quickly select and get parcels prepared. Select the "in_store_pickup" tab on the Shipments page to isolate orders for customer collection. .
Order Preparation
Mark Order Ready for Pickup
Locate the specific in-store pickup order in your filtered list. Select the "Mark READY_FOR_PICKUP" button to update the order status. This action notifies the customer that their order is prepared and available for collection at the pickup location.
Verify Order Details
To confirm order contents before pickup, select the shipment ID to open the detailed order view. This allows you to verify the exact items and quantities ordered, ensuring accuracy. The detailed view displays the shipping address, a list of all items, and product details.
