Monitoring Orders in Flaviar Checkout

Once your store is integrated with Flaviar Checkout, you can easily monitor the status of your orders fulfilled by our licensed retail partners. This guide explains how to view your orders in Flaviar Checkout and understand what each order status means.

Viewing Orders in Flaviar Checkout

To view your orders:

    1. The date filter defaults to today's date. To extend your date-range, use the date filter & pick from one of our pre-selected date filters or select a custom date range.

  1. Click on the orders widget to open up a detailed view of your existing within the date range you selected.

  2. Here, you'll see a list of all orders placed through your website, along with key details like customer information, order items, and current status.

Understanding Order Statuses

Each order goes through a series of statuses, which help you track its fulfillment progress. We use many statuses to help us keep track of order progress & any potential issues but below are the key statuses and their meanings:

  • Open: This is the initial status when an order is created. The order has been received by the retailer, but no further action has been taken yet.

  • Confirmed: The retailer has reviewed the order and confirmed that it can be fulfilled. This means that the items are available and the order is ready for the next step in processing.

  • Ordered Product: The retailer needs to order more product, usually from the distributor, in order to fulfill this order.

  • Split Required: Orders in this status require more than one retailer to fulfill the whole order.

  • Packed: This means that the products are being picked and packed for shipment.

  • Printed: The order details have been printed by the retailer and they are awaiting carrier pickup.

  • Closed: The order has been picked up & scanned by the shipping carrier. This is the considered the final status.

Order Details and Tracking

Once an order reaches the "Printed" or "Closed" status, you can usually find additional details, such as tracking numbers or shipment confirmations.

To find the order's tracking number in Flaviar Checkout, click on the order number from the order listing page & find the Fulfillment Information widget.

Monitoring orders in Shopify

In addition to the order monitoring tools you can access in your Flaviar Checkout dashboard, you can also monitor order statuses directly in your Shopify store.

Shopify will give a high-level overview of orders that are unfulfilled, partially fulfilled, or fulfilled.
