Label Generation

Select Shipment for Processing

Click a specific shipment entry in the list to select it - click the checkmark box. This action prepares the system to generate shipping labels for that order.

πŸ›ˆ Pro Tip:

You can select multiple shipments by marking the checkbox next to multiple shipments, or select all shipments by marking the checkbox at the top left of all shipment.

Initiate Label Batch Creation

With a shipment selected, click "Create Labels Batch" to generate the shipping labels for the order.
Select the relevant carrier. If you're using multiple carriers, you will need to go through the process for each.
If you have multiple shipments selected, the system will generate labels for all applicable shipments.

Print Shipping Labels

When you select the carrier - in this case 'WSE Labels' - the shipping labels will generate into a new window. You can print the labels from there in preparation for shipping the parcels.

πŸ›ˆ Pro Tip: Do Not Print Shipping Labels in Advance

Printing shipping labels in advance marks the parcel as 'Shipped', moves the parcel into 'Shipped' status, and causes two issues:

1. The customer gets notified their parcel has shipped

2. It's possible you may be out of stock on one or more items in the parcel. It's much easier to amend the shipment in 'Processing' status.

Errors with Shipping Labels

From time to time we encounter errors with generating shipping labels. If you encounter an error like the following, please reach out to [email protected] highlighting the issue. We will tackle the issue promptly.
