LTO Management at Flaviar Warehouses

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Flaviar understands how critical security and trust are for your LTO releases. Below is an overview of the protocols we follow in our warehouses when managing highly allocated items:

Receiving

  • All POs are placed directly with distributors on behalf of our retail partners tied to each warehouse.

  • Deliveries are reconciled against the PO at the time of receipt, with discrepancies escalated immediately to your PSM and Flaviar’s Procurement team.

  • Direct receipt at our secured warehouses eliminates unnecessary handling and reduces risk of diversion before arrival.

Storage

  • Product is stored in secure bin/rack locations with no public access.

  • Inventory is tracked in real time via our WMS, and we can provide access to a real-time report upon request.

  • For high-value or sensitive SKUs, we can implement locked cage storage with restricted access and audit logs.

Handling

  • Product remains untouched until picked for fulfillment.

  • Orders go through a “Pick Wave” process where bottles are scanned at both pick and pack stages, ensuring accuracy and preventing shrinkage.

  • This scan-based process keeps inventory reconciled and creates a transparent audit trail.

Shipping

  • Orders are packed in generic, unbranded shipping cartons to minimize attention in transit.

  • Packages are filled with protective materials (kraft paper or air pillows) to prevent breakage.

  • Every shipment includes tracking and confirmation protocols, and we can enable alerts for high-value orders to flag for special handling.
