The Flaviar WMS dashboard provides a centralized view of shipment activity, organized by status, and offers direct access to key system modules. Use this dashboard to quickly identify shipments requiring action and navigate to the Shipments, Products, Reports, and Adjustments sections.

Upon logging into your Flaviar WMS account, you arrive at the dashboard. This serves as your central hub for immediate operational insight and management.

You can navigate to each module on the left hand side of the screen.

For a quick snapshot of performance and parcel status, review the 'Activity' section on the dashboard. This area displays shipments categorized by status: Assigned, Processing, and Shipped (labels created, not yet dispatched), and by the number of days the parcels have been sitting under each status.
Click the number of parcels (hyperlinks) within each status to view the specific parcels needing attention.
For example, the Activity table allows you to pick out and action parcels that have been in Processing status for 3+ days.

To access comprehensive shipment management tools, click the 'Shipments' module tab on the dashboard. This module is the view you will be using the most within WMS - it's used for viewing, filtering, and managing all outgoing parcels, and for processing cancellations or returns.

Flaviar WMS has several additional modules with features such as viewing details on your uploaded product catalog, and viewing and downloading reports for your accounts team.
