Subsidizing shipping is a great tool to reduce cart abandonment, increase AOV, and strengthen customer loyalty. See here for our best practices on subsidizing shipping.
You can subsidize shipping one of two ways:
Create a free shipping discount code via the discount code tool in Shopify. See more on that here.
Editing the shipping rates directly in Shopify's admin settings. See below for more details.
All shipping subsidies will be billed via our shipping subsidy chargeback policy. See more here.
Our standard retailer-negotiated shipping rates are below - any orders containing a shipping rate lower than our standard rates will result in a chargeback
Order subtotal < $44 = $19.99 Flat Rate Shipping
Order subtotal > $44 = $14.99 Flat Rate Shipping

See the examples below...
Example A: If you would like all orders > $44 to have $5 shipping, make the following changes to the existing 'Flat Rate $14.99 Shipping'
Example B: If you would like all orders > $100 to have $5 shipping, add a new tier with the following settings:
Example C: If you would like to offer free shipping on 2+ bottles, or any other item-based condition, instead of price-based, we recommend creating a free shipping discount code. See our guide here.
