How to create Bulk Orders

This feature is currently in Beta, so some functions may not work seamlessly yet.

Flaviar Checkout’s Bulk Orders tool allows you to send products to multiple recipients at different addresses, all paid for through a single invoice. This is ideal for corporate gifting or large-scale fulfillment needs.

Once the client's payment is successfully processed, Flaviar Checkout automatically generates the individual orders. You track these orders in your Orders dashboard, which can be filtered by the " Bulk Orders" sales channel.

Getting Started: Submitting a Bulk Order

  1. Access the Bulk Orders Tool

    • Log in to Flaviar Checkout.

    • Navigate to Bulk Orders and click Create New Order.

  2. Download and Fill Out the Template

    • Click Download Template File Here.

    • Complete the spreadsheet with order details. You’ll need to include:

      • Product SKUs – Available on each product detail page.

      • Recipient Information – Email, company name, phone number, first name, last name, and full shipping address.

      • Line Items – Add one row per product per recipient. If sending multiple products to the same person, add a separate row for each and make sure the shipping address is identical on all relevant rows.

      Example: To send 1 bottle of bourbon and 2 bottles of gin to Jane Doe, enter two rows with Jane’s shipping information repeated exactly.

    • Save the completed spreadsheet to your computer.

  3. Create Your Bulk Order

    • Return to the Create Bulk Order form.

    • Give your order a name (for your internal reference).

    • Choose your shipping option:

      • Flat rate: $19.99 per recipient

      • Free shipping: If subsidized by the brand

    • Enter the billing contact's email and address (this is where the invoice will be sent). You can use your own email if you’d prefer to forward the invoice to the client manually.

    • Upload your completed spreadsheet and click Next.

  4. Review and Submit

    • Carefully review the order summary.

    • If there’s an error message, double-check your spreadsheet formatting. You can always reach us at [email protected] for support.

    • Once everything looks good, submit the file.

  5. Once submitted, the file will be processed and the order will be listed the Bulk Orders page. Once processed, the status will update to Ready for Review.

    1. At this point, click on the bulk order, ensure everything looks correct, and select Generate Invoice.

    2. The email address from Step 5 above will receive a link to pay for this order.

    After Submission: What Happens Next

    • Your submission will appear on the Bulk Orders page.

    • Once the file is processed, the status will update to Ready for Review.

    • Click into the order, verify the details, and then click Generate Invoice.

    • The billing email entered earlier will receive a payment link.

    Upon successful payment:

    • Individual orders are automatically created based on the spreadsheet.

    • You can view and manage all orders in your Orders Dashboard—use the filter for "Bulk Orders" under sales channels.

  6. Important Notes

    • Orders will display the billing contact’s name in the dashboard, but each order still includes the correct recipient shipping info. Click into any order to confirm.

    • Each recipient’s order is treated individually and assigned to retailers for fulfillment.

    • For faster processing, we recommend notifying us at [email protected] once you’ve submitted a bulk order. We’ll help coordinate fulfillment with our retailer network.
