How to Generate Sales Reports/Exports from Flaviar Checkout

Overview
Flaviar Checkout makes it easy to generate sales reports and exports, giving you access to valuable sales data for tracking performance, processing orders, and reconciling with your accounting tools. This guide will walk you through the process of exporting sales data from Flaviar Checkout.


Step-by-Step Guide to Export Sales Data

  1. Log into Flaviar Checkout
    Begin by logging into your Flaviar Checkout dashboard using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Orders Dashboard
    Once logged in, you are taken to your Dashboard. By default, the sales dashboard will only show results from today's orders. To change this please use one of the preset filters or pick a custom range from the Date filter.

    1. This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your sales performance, including key metrics such as:

      1. Total Sales: The total revenue generated.

      2. Orders: The number of orders placed.

      3. Average Order Value: The average value of each order.

      4. Average Fulfillment Times: The average time taken to fulfill orders.

      5. Items Sold: The total quantity of products sold.

      6. Number of Customers: The total number of unique customers.

      7. Top Products: A list of your best-selling products.

      8. Sales by State: A breakdown of sales by state

  3. Use Filters to Narrow Down Data
    To refine your results, apply filters to the data based on your reporting needs. Available filters include:

  • Date Range: Select a start and end date to focus on sales within a specific timeframe.

  • Assignee (Retailer): Filter by the retailer assigned to fulfill the orders.

  • Products: Filter sales by specific product SKUs or product names.

  • Brands: For those managing a portfolio of brands, you can breakdown the sales data between each brand to help keep everything separate.

  • For more granular data, you can use the More Filters option to filter by:

    • Discount Codes: Filter orders that used specific discount codes.

    • Product Category: Filter by product category.

    • Product Type: Filter by the type of product sold.

    • Sales Channel: Filter based on the sales channel where the orders originated.

    • State: Filter by the shipping destination state.

    • UTM Campaigns/Source: Track orders based on UTM parameters used in your marketing campaigns

    • And More!

4. (Optional) Click the Export Button
When you’re ready to export the data, click the Export button from the Sales Dashboard. You will have the option to choose between:

  • Export Orders: This option exports a full list of orders with detailed information.

  • Export Order Line Items: This option exports a breakdown of individual line items within each order.

Download and Save the Export File
Once the export is complete, and depending on the size of the file, a download link will appear or it will be emailed to you directly.


Key Features of the Exported Sales Report

Your exported sales report will contain essential data such as:

  • Order ID: A unique identifier for each order.

  • Date and Time: When the order was placed and completed.

  • Customer Information: Details about the buyer.

  • Product Information: A breakdown of items purchased.

  • Order Status: Whether the order is open, confirmed, printed, or closed.

  • Order Total: The total value of the order, including taxes and shipping if applicable.
