If you would like your order to be reshipped, you can contact our team at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
Please note that if the shipment was returned to the sender and the courier is not at fault, you will be required to pay a $25 reshipping fee.
Alternatively, you can opt to receive a partial refund: we will deduct the original shipping fee + a $20 restocking fee OR if your order had free shipping, a $40 fee will be deducted from the refund.
This allows us to offset the costs incurred when shipping your products back and handling returns.
