The tracking shows that my shipment was returned. What now?

Due to strict regulations, couriers require a signature from someone of legal drinking age (21 and older) to accept the package.

If, for any reason, we're unable to deliver your package after three attempts, the package will return to our retailer's facilities.

Once your order has returned the product(s) will be refunded minus a small $17 restocking fee. This allows us to offset the costs incurred when shipping your products back and handling returns.
