The tracking shows that my shipment was returned. What now?

Due to strict regulations, couriers require a signature from someone of legal drinking age (21 and older) to accept the package.

If, for any reason, we're unable to deliver your package after three attempts, the package will return to our retailer's facilities.

Once your order has returned, you can choose to have it reshipped or refunded. Please note that if the shipment was returned to the sender and the courier is not at fault, the following will apply:

  • If you opt for a refund, we will deduct the original shipping fee + a $20 restocking fee OR if your order had free shipping, a $40 fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • If you opt to have your order reshipped, you will be required to pay a $25 fee.

This allows us to offset the costs incurred when shipping your products back and handling returns.
