The tracking shows that my shipment was returned. What now?

Due to strict regulations, couriers require a signature from someone of legal drinking age (21 and older) to accept the package.

If, for any reason, the courier is unable to deliver your package after three attempts, the package will return to the retailer's facilities.

What options are available if your order returns?

Missed delivery attempts and address issues

If your order has returned due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, you can choose to have it reshipped or refunded. In these situations, the following will apply:

  • If you opt for a refund, we will deduct the original shipping fee + a $20 restocking fee, OR if your order had free shipping, a $40 fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • If you opt to have your order reshipped, you will be required to pay a $25 fee.

This allows us to offset the costs incurred when shipping your products back and handling returns.

Lost and damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we can reship it free of charge, provided the product is still in stock.
