Our licensed retail partners typically process orders within 1 to 5 business days. Once the order is in transit, it should arrive within 10 days.*

When the order is packed and ready to go, we'll send you a shipping notification email with a tracking link. On delivery day, you'll get text alerts for the driver's progress. Someone 21+ must be present to accept the order. Deliveries generally happen during business hours so we strongly suggest you ship your order to a business address, if possible.

Please note that delivery to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses is not possible. Since we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in case of failed deliveries.
