All orders are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. At this time, no expedited shipping option is available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days before being shipped. Once the order is shipped, it should arrive within 10 days.*

Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, it usually takes a few days for the tracking to update:
When the courier receives the package and scans it, an accurate estimated delivery time will appear on the tracking page.

A shipping notice containing the tracking information for your package will be sent to the email address linked to your order.
Deliveries generally happen during business hours, so we strongly suggest you ship your order to a business address, if possible. Our packages are not branded to ensure discretion. All deliveries require a signature from a person of legal drinking age. If you need your order to arrive around a specific date, consider delaying your order placement until closer to when you’ll be available to receive it.
Managing delivery once your order is in transit
Once your order is in transit, you can use the courier’s tracking page and customization options to manage delivery. Common delivery customization options include:
Scheduling delivery for a specific date
Redirecting the package at a nearby courier location for pickup
Requesting a vacation hold
Updating the delivery address (in some cases)
These options may require creating an account with the courier and could involve additional fees. Delivery management tools vary by courier, so check the tracking link for available options.
Please note that delivery to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses is not possible. Since we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in case of failed deliveries.
