We usually get back to you within 24h. If you haven't received a reply from us by then, make sure to check your spam folder just in case our email ended up there.

We also recommend adding our email address - [email protected] - to your contact list (or mark as "not spam"/ "not junk").

Please note that we also receive large volumes of support requests around certain times of the year, which might affect our response time.
