Can I return an order?

This article explains the return policy.

Orders cannot be returned due to personal taste preferences or a change of mind.

However, if the shipment encounters an issue and is returned to the sender, contact our customer support at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date.

Make sure you include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the package and its contents

Customer support will review the request and work to resolve the issue.
