Can I return an order?

This article explains the return policy.

Returns are not accepted for orders due to personal taste preferences or a change of mind.

If there is an issue with the order, customers must contact support within 7 days of the delivery date.

When submitting a support request, the customer must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo of the package and its contents

Customer support will review the request and work to resolve the issue.
