Learn what to do if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of what you received, including the packaging and packing slip

Our team will review your inquiry and offer a resolution.

⚠️ If you received a leaking bottle, please do not open it or consume its contents. Pictures provided must show the bottle in the exact condition it was received, so our team can assess the damage and review your claim.
